A new service for the village
 at the OLD CROWN
www.useyourlocal.com

We have all faced the problem of wanting to order something while not being sure when we'll be home.

A new scheme, useyourlocal.com, solves this problem by allowing you to have the parcel sent to your local pub.  The service also means an end to those dreaded slips telling us that the delivery arrived whilst we were out. For most people the local pub will be nearer to the sorting office with opening hours that suit all our busy lives.

As well as providing a parcel collection point, www.useyourlocal.com's website is also a great way to find out what's happening down your local pub. The Old Crown is now a registered outlet with useyourlocal.com so why not sign up to the free service to have parcels delivered there or just to keep an eye on the up and coming events.

Bex and Ian

look forward to meeting to you at
The Old Crown Inn, Ashton
Stability at last in The Old Crown

Bex & Ian have taken over The Old Crown and are here to stay.

We plan to make the village our home and The Old Crown the centre of the village again.

We have been overwhelmed and encouraged at the welcome we have received in our first week and apart from the usual problems of moving house and the unusual problems of taking on a new business we are really happy to be here and excited at the prospect of running a much loved village pub.

Cheers
Bex & Ian Street
